Both of us have grown up performing on stage, and combined we have over 30 years of experience in the arts. We now devote all of our time to help in making Idaho Rhythm better and better each year. We do this by working with our students to help them excel individually as well as with a group.
We believe in setting goals, and working hard to achieving them. We desire to help each of our students excel in their talents beyond what they ever dreamed possible.
"Living our dreams together, and helping others follow theirs."
We have been married since July 2005, and are blessed with a lovely daughter Ivy, who was born in May 2008. She is our favorite achievement! :)

I have been clogging since I was about 9 years old, and was a member of the local Treasure Valley cloggers for about 8 years. During those years I had the opportunity of performing and competing in Las Vegas, San Diego, and all over Idaho.
I attended Brigham Young University and graduated in 2004. While there, I danced on the BYU Folk Dance team and participated in the top level clogging classes.
For the past two years I have been the director of my own clogging program, but am now excited to join the Idaho Rhythm family! I currently live in Boise with my husband Eric and our two daughters, Lily and Annie.

I started clogging when I was 8 yrs. old and have had a blast with clogging throughout these several years. I have participated in several regional competitions, placing first in solo, duet, and team events for several years in a row. I have trained with some of the top directors in the country through various workshops and camps. I have been teaching with Idaho Rhythm since 2006.
I am also a full-time mom and wife with 4 boys and a great husband. We all currently live in Nampa.

I began studying ballet on a scholarship to Ester Simplot's School of Arts in third grade. My greatest inspiration to dance is my great aunt Linda, who performed professionally as the Sugarplum Fairy in the famous Nutcracker, with the New York Ballet. As I was studying ballet with Ballet of Idaho, I performed in The Nutcracker for several years. I continued my higher education of ballet with Eagle Performing Ars Center. It was there I learned what ballet means to me. When I dance, it seems as if I am invincible. I can admit that ballet takes dedication and a lot of studying, although to accomplish a new step or to finish a piece is what I dance for.
I am excited to teach others what I have such a passion for!
